Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow additional time during holidays or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders:
- Free Shipping on orders over $100.
- A flat rate of $8.95 applies for orders under $100.
- International Orders:
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

5. Delivery Delays

7. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@charmcite.com. Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, it may be processed and cannot be canceled.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Lost Packages: If your order shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and Charmcite within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
- Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery, but we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
